With just a few days to go to Neighbourhood Watch (book your tickets here) we also need to tell you about our annual Open Night event on Monday May 9th at 7.30pm in the Forum.
This is that exciting once a year unmissable opportunity (ok I’m in promotional mode here) to come and meet the stars of our stage and the equally wonderful stars of our backstage operations.
In a friendly informal atmosphere join us to have a chat; find out what we do; how we get a play from first reading to performance; have look at our history and photos from the past; give us your opinions; offer suggestions….
It’s also an opportunity to consider joining us in any capacity – want to have a go at acting? (no previous experience necessary…) -offer help in our numerous supportive roles off stage both during performances and during the rehearsal process? – help build our sets for the plays? Help with teas on performance nights? Perhaps support us by becoming a patron?
So come along and see us… oh, and free refreshments available too….
The Forum is our rehearsal building which is located to the right of the Village Hall on Elloughton Road, near the scout huts
